Dr. Feifei Han /Senior Researcher

Dr Feifei Han obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education from the University of Sydney in 2014. Upon obtaining her PhD, she has held multiple faculty positions in educational technology. Her research incorporates theories and methods from learning sciences, learning analytics, and educational psychology to unpack the complexity of the learning and teaching phenomena and to develop evidence-based learning and teaching models. Her excellent track record is evident in both quantity and quality of her research outputs. She has over 150 peer-reviewed publications, including a single-authored book, 30 book chapters, 93 journal articles, and 27 conference proceedings. Her publications appear in journals with high impact factors in educational technology. Apart from high-quality publications, she has also delivered keynote speech, invited talks, and presentations in over 90 international and national conferences and seminars. In a recent bibliometric analysis of research in blended learning from 2013-2022, she is among the top four most prolific researchers, in the third place of the authors with the strongest citations, and the most cited author between 2020-2022 in blended learning and teaching. She is also on the 2024, 2025 Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists in education and have been placed in the top 0.5% of all scholars worldwide according to ScholarGPS rankings. She serves as a lead editor of the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, and an associate editor of Frontiers in Psychology (Educational Psychology section).
