IAMSET Association has a mature and branded management team, a professional and honest operation concept, and fine cultivation of professional frontier. In the past years, we have successfully organized hundreds of international academic conferences, reached tens of thousands of academic exchanges, and accumulated several excellent teachers with wealthy publication experience. Through the organization of international academic conferences, tens of thousands of papers have been included in international conferences, and several outstanding papers have been selected for peer-reviewed journals included in SCIE, SSCI, EI, or ISTP/CPCI searches. At the same time, the Association upholds the principle of author-oriented, and articles that are not retrieved can be refunded for all services paid in advance.

Opening Speech: Reimagining Teacher Education: Changing Societies and Emerging Technologies

Dr. Abdulghani Muthanna is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Pedagogical Development and Learning, Østfold University of Applied Sciences in Norway, with extensive international academic experience including appointments as Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and OsloMet among others. He has a Ph.D. qualification in International and Comparative Education from Beijing Normal University and a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University, boasting a solid academic background. His research focuses on higher (teacher) education, comparative education, and pedagogical competence development, with a particular emphasis on educational development in conflict-affected regions, educational equity, and inclusive teaching. With over 50 academic works including books, book chapters, and papers in prestigious journals such as International Journal of Educational Research, Compare: A journal of Comparative and International Education, and Educational Studies, his most recently co-edited, two-volume book published by Routledge are: a) Pedagogical Competence Development in Higher Education Volume 1: Exploring Foundations and Dimensions of Pedagogical Practices and b) Pedagogical Competence Development in Higher Education Volume 2: Navigating Reflective Practices and Transformative Pedagogies.
