Mr. Mohd Zaidi Bin Amiruddin is a doctoral researcher in Science Education at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and a recipient of the prestigious PMDSU scholarship (Fast-Track Master’s to Doctoral Program for Outstanding Graduates). He is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Finnish Institute for Educational Research, University of Jyväskylä, Finland, supported by the PKPI–PMDSU International Mobility Grant. His research focuses on conceptual change, augmented reality (AR) in physics education, refutation texts, and the integration of local wisdom into science learning. Mr. Amiruddin holds a Master’s degree (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed.) in Physics Education, both awarded with full scholarships. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in international journals and conference proceedings, and has received numerous awards, including gold and silver medals in international research competitions. He has also authored several books and secured multiple intellectual property rights for educational innovations. With extensive experience as a research assistant, laboratory assistant, and invited speaker, he is an emerging leader in science education research in Indonesia and internationally.
