Dr. Frank Angelo Pacala is a Physics Teacher at Guangdong Shunde Desheng School, China. He previously served as a Physics Teacher and Subject Lead at the Presidential School in Karshi, Uzbekistan, and as an Assistant Professor at Samar State University, Philippines. He holds a Ph.D. in Science Education (Physics) from the University of San Carlos. With extensive international teaching experience across the Philippines, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, and now China, he has taught physics, science, and engineering courses. His research interests include STEM education, educational technology integration, inquiry-based physics instruction, and assessment of student conceptual understanding. He has published several papers in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals and has received multiple teaching awards, including the Best Innovative Teacher award. Mr. Pacala holds a Philippine professional teaching license and is a Google Certified Educator, actively engaged in curriculum design, community extension, and international academic collaboration.
