Maftuna Bakoeva has ample experience of working and research, and worked as Psychologist and Teacher at different institutes. Currently she is pursing her Ph.D in Educational Psychology at School of Education, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, and also is currently working as the Lecturer in Psychology at Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, Uzbekistan. Her researches focus on the Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, Experimental Psychology, etyc. She has published 5 research articles and gives some presentations in the academic conferences and Seminars.
