Ishaq Ibrahim Ahmad Bani Melhem got his Ph.D in Human Resources Management from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2019, and is currently working as the Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer at Department of Human Resource Management, USIM. He is charge of teaching courses including Data Analysis, Research Methodology and so on. His research interests lie in Statistical Modeling and Business Quantitative & Qualitative Method, Leadership and Management, Human Resource Management, etc. He presided and participated in some research projects and has published 37 articles and 3 book/book chapters up to date. He serves as the reviewer for some journals and also attended some academic conferences and gives his presentations.
